Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name on TV. De La Garza born 1976 to her Irish mother as well as a Mexican father from Columbus Ohio. Soon enough she was relocating to Texas to pursue an athletic therapy profession within the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor on local independent film as well as international commercials. Her passion for acting quickly grew to perform despite the small role. The year 2001 saw her move from the Midwest to New York where her first part was in All My Children's morning soap as Rosa Santos. Through the early part of 2000, she acted tiny roles in JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first major part came in 2004 on the brief drama The Mountain. De La Garza had the pleasure of working with some outstanding TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. Her most well-known character was Law & Order, where she portrayed A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. The actress appeared on the show 85 times. Her character then flocked to the short-lived spin-off Law & Order: LA. The character she played earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, De La Garza was awarded the Impact Award at National Hispanic Media Coalition's Outstanding Performance Award for a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a regular role on CSI Miami a few moments later. She was cast in the role of Marisol Delko as the wife of David Caruso's Horatio. On NBC's dark and dramatic drama Do No Harm she played the role in the role of Do No Harm, she played Dr. Lena Solis. The series was cancelled after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She has an Italian father as well as an older sister Cory which is a year younger than her. Her family was an orthodox, religious family. Milano was only seven years old older when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. Her audition was in the top 1000 applicants. Her audition was considered one of only four girls. Milano was featured on television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions like a musical adaptation of Jane Eyre.
